Terms & Conditions
JLM Travel, is a trading division of Hays Travel, we are members of ABTA our ABTA membership is K0885. All holidays advertised on this web site are subject to availability. JLM Travel uses a scanning system that checks tour operator availability. Once you submit your enquiry, this system will show you the latest range of holidays available within your criteria. This information is polled regularly but is not live. All holidays are therefore subject to availability once checked by our sales consultants in our call centre. We also buy stock from tour operators in bulk that gives us the ability to offer you holidays that no other agent are able to sell, so if your search doesn't find what you are looking for then we might have extra holidays available exclusively to us. There is a range of abbreviations used commonly by tour operators. Here are the typical ones:-
- AOA – ALLOCATED ON ARRIVAL
- RO - ROOM ONLY
- SC - SELF CATERING
- BB - BED AND BREAKFAST
- HB - HALF BOARD
- CC / CM – CATERED CHALET
- FB - FULL BOARD
- AI - ALL INCLUSIVE
- MP - MEAL PLAN
- FO - FLIGHT ONLY
All prices displayed are based upon maximum occupancy of holiday units. Fewer passengers traveling could result in a higher price being charged. The translation of 'an all inclusive package' depends upon the specific hotel the package applies to.

Your receipts are issued by JLM Travel who acts as retail agents for the principal with whom your travel arrangements have been made with. Where the principal is a Tour Operator who holds an ATOL (Air Travel Operators License) the license number is clearly shown on your receipt. All travel arrangements are subject to the principals (Tour Operator, Airline etc) terms and conditions of booking. You are bound by these conditions, a copy of which can be made available upon request. Bookings may be subject to a booking fee of £10 per person as well a credit card charge of 2%. Prices quoted on this website are usually the operator’s basic holiday package price. Insurance
We advise that when traveling abroad all customers take out adequate travel insurance. It is a condition of booking with many tour operators and airlines that you will have adequate travel insurance and it is possible that you can be denied from traveling if proof of cover cannot be provided. Ask a member of our team about our competitive rates.
Flight time & Tickets
Flight times shown are provisional and are subject to alteration as per our carrier’s terms and conditions. Many airlines require reconfirmation of travel arrangements, outbound and inbound 48 hrs before departure. Tickets are generally issued seven to fourteen days before departure.
